Nearly all of K&N's monetary sponsorships started in a product format first. Tony stated: 'We don't have one monetary sponsorship that did not start in a product format of some way.' Even major partnerships like Vaughn Gittin Jr. started as product sponsorships when he was just starting in drifting 17 years ago. There are rare exceptions for larger opportunities, but K&N needs time to evaluate athletes and see how they fit the plan before committing significant dollars.
