The Answer

The best proposals demonstrate that you're treating this as a business, not asking for charity. They include specific, measurable deliverables: exact number of posts, types of content (how-to videos, explainer content), logo placement details down to size and location, and timeline commitments. Show examples of successful content you've created for other sponsors. Demonstrate you understand the full range of products the company offers - not just the obvious ones. Include your 'lookalike audience' demographics showing why your followers match their target customer. Most importantly, show you'll be proactive throughout the season bringing opportunities to them, not waiting to be asked.
